I have been told at another clinic that you can only go up one cup size if having implants and uplift at the same time due to the pressuire on the scar from the implant. If I want to go bigger i was told to have the uplift then the implants 3 months later. Im a 34 B/C cup but dont have much breast tissue and wanted to go to a D cup.
Unfortunately each case is unique and without an examination with a surgeon I wouldn’t be able to advise on this, usually a mastopexy is 1 cup size but there have been occasions where the patient has gone up a couple.
