    Can I have a Breast Reduction and then have implants?

    I have got large 34H breasts. I am 19 years old and they are still very firm and perky. However, I really love the fake boob look and want to know if it is possible to have a breast reduction and then have breast implants in replacement? I would ideally like to be a 34FF
