Hi Im thinking of having my nose slightly reshaped. From the front it looks fab but from the side has a slight bump, this I would like to correct. I also would like breast enlargements. I am a 32B but wouls like to go up to C or D cup. Is it possible to have them done at the same time? I don’t want to have to take too much time off work. Hi Mia, Yes it is possible to have both procedures done at the same time. By doing this you would save money. You could easily go to a C or D cup size. Most women can easily go up 2 cup sizes without a problem. In terms of travelling, we use hospitals in London, Manchester and Doncaster and are planning to expand on this very soon. Breast feeding is safe after having breast implants however you will need to discuss some more detail at a consultation.
