I have had saggy boobs for as long as I can remember but having lost a bit of weight recently they have got worse. I don't really want the scars from an uplift and wouldnt mind increasing the size of my boobs back to their original size. Would a Breast Enlargement have the same effect as an uplift?
The surgeon would need to examine you to determine exactly what procedure you need. Some surgeons may offer low profile implants to improve breasts that have dropped but if there is significant sagging then a Mastopexy (uplift) would be recommended for the best results.
