I am booked for breast implants on 22 april from B-C cup. I have a holiday booked to Magaluf on 15th May for a week. Can I go? Am I able to to suntan or swim?
It is recommended that you do not fly long haul for at least six weeks after your breast enlargement procedure. You should be able to fly short haul flights approximately two weeks after your procedure. Magaluf would be a short haul flight so you should be fine to have your procedure and go away as planned. You need to ensure you cover up your scars for 12 months after the surgery. Any pigment changes in scar tissue is permanent. We advise that you take plasters to put over your scars. You should not swim for at least six weeks as this could cause infection.
