Hello I am 43 and had septorhinoplasty 12 months ago. Although my nose looks better than before, the result is not good enough. The nose is still larger than I hoped for, and is uneven from the bridge to the tip (middle part of the cartilage is slighly rasised and the tip is kind of 'pinched'). Is my only option a revision rhinoplasty? Are there any other procedures to lessen these undesirable effects?
