The Gynecomastia procedure is liposuction plus a possible surgical excision of some of the breast tissue. This is a perfectly safe procedure and one which some of our MYA surgeons have been performing for many years. As with any surgery there is always a slight risk. You are going under a general anaesthetic which has low risk in itself but all these will be fully explained at your free consultation.
