I had a breast reduction aged 23 and went from an H to a C cup then. I am now a G cup and rising and am aged 43. The increase in cup size is due to increase in weight - so I realised I need to get back to a BMI of 25 before another op, but just wanted to know if a second breast reduction is safe to have done or if there are too many possible complications with a second operation.
Having a second breast reduction is possible and relatively safe. Your surgeon will be able to provide full details about specific risks such as diabetes or smoking. You do need to get your BMI as you already mentioned. Keep us posted on your progress with this.
