hi i already have breast implants but have got the snoopy effect as i am on top of the implant. also the left one moves round to the side can you let me know what could be done if anything. the implants i have are silicon gel, i have had them for about 5 years. many thanks.
Hi Ann, Either the implants are too small and do not fill the pocket or you have too much excess skin which needs removing. The removal of the excess skin with tighten the breast thus making them look firmer and perky. This is called an uplift or mastopexy.
