I had a Liposuction Gynecomastia surgery one month ago on 18 04 2010 the doctor told me that I wouldn t be able to do a sport playing football or Aerobic exercise within the coming 6 months This was very surprising and hard for me because before the surgery I searched on the webs about it non of articles said no sport for six months after the surgery My question doctor what is your opinion about the time needed after Gyecomasita before doing sport because I think it is a Care exaggerated from my doctor Please take in your mind that I asked my doctor about my case and he said it is a normal case of Gynecomastia
Each surgeon have their own thoughts on how long someone would wait to move onto sports following a gynecomastia operation because every patient is different. I believe that you should follow your surgeons preference.
