Hi there, I'm black and was wondering if the surgeons have any expertise in performing breast implants on black women, as our skin heals differently to that of caucasian skin, also there is the problem of keloids, which I really don't wanna get!! I'm a 34b, aged 28, but I breast fed, so my breasts have lost their perkiness and are a bit saggy. What do you suggest, would like to go to a 34dd, as natural looking as possible.
