Many patients have decide to have breast enlargement before they have children. This way they can enjoy a fabulous result for a few years before having children. The only time we would advise against it is if you are planning on having children in the next 12 months. Whether you have implants or not your breasts will naturally change over time e.g. during pregnancy, breast feeding, weight loss and weight gain. Many women experience minimal changes. It really does depend on the individual. It is important to keep them well supported, wear a support bra. Your surgeon will be able to advise during your consultation.
