If I have already have nice size boobs that have sunk a little would it still be ok to have a boob job? Would that make them firm and pert again?
It is certainly possible to have breast surgery to bring back that more youthful pert appearance. Your surgeon will advise if a breast enlargement or a breast uplift or both may be most suitable. They will take your full measurements to see what would get the best result.
