I have quite a large overbite and my dentist suggested jaw surgery where my bottom jaw would be broken and moved forward, this idea didnt strike me as nessecary but no im wondering if a chin implant would be a better solution? less painful maybe? or would i be better with having my own jaw broken and moved?
