I am Diabetic and have Crest - would this prevent me from having surgery?
Having Diabetes and Crest does not mean that it is a definite no to surgery. Your Diabetes has to be well controlled and we would need to seek further information from your GP regarding the severity of the Crest symptoms. Ultimately, it would be the surgeon's decision if surgery went ahead.
