Patient Bookings Advisors HARROGATE

An exciting new opportunity has arisen within the MYA Cosmetic Surgery team. We are currently recruiting for full time call handlers who would be based within the Patient Bookings Department at MYA. MYA Cosmetic Surgery is continually expanding and is always opening to new opportunities. If you feel you are an individual who is ambitious and sales driven, this role would be well suited to you.

Job Role:
You will be based within the Patient Bookings Department who are the first point of contact for prospective patients. The role is performance related pay with excellent earning potential. To provide quality telephone and written prospect engagement in order to book appointments in a professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:
To book appointments at locations throughout the country.
To outbound call in a efficient and professional manner.
To establish excellent customer relationships ensuring the prospect always receives a positive customer care experience.
To maintain a high degree of data capture accuracy.
