Job Role:
To ensure a high standard of patient care is delivered in an effective, efficient and flexible manner reflecting the overall philosophy of the service on a regular basis. To assess, plan, implement and evaluate care in line with MYA guidelines and work practices. Act as a role model delivering care on a nurse led basis, to patients in varying stages of their surgical pathway. Previous Surgical nursing experience is essential/cosmetic surgery preferable but not essential as full training will be given.
Applicants will require the ability to be able to work well using their own imitative, as well as being a member of a multidisciplinary team.

Job Role:

We are currently recruiting for full - time call handlers who would be based within the Patient Bookings Department at MYA. MYA Cosmetic Surgery is continually expanding and is always opening to new opportunities. If you feel you are an individual who is ambitious and sales driven, this role would be well suited to you.
Job Role:
You will be based within the Patient Bookings Department who are the first point of contact for prospective patients. The role is performance related pay with excellent earning potential. To provide quality telephone and written prospect engagement in order to book appointments in a professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:
To book appointments at locations throughout the country.
To outbound call in a efficient and professional manner.
To establish excellent customer relationships ensuring the prospect always receives a positive customer care experience.
To maintain a high degree of data capture accuracy.

22 Hour Contracts - These hours would include 2 evening shifts per week 5.00pm – 9.00pm, Saturdays and Sundays.
27 Hour Contracts - These hours would include 3 evening shifts per week 5.00pm – 9.00pm, Saturdays and Sundays.
25 Hour Contracts - These hours would include 5 mornings per week 8.00am – until 1.00pm Monday to Friday.

MYA are currently recruiting for a SATURDAY Clinic Administrator based in NEWCASTLE
Key responsibilities include:
• Meeting and greeting all guests to the clinic, ensuring they are well looked after
• Liasing with patient coordinators and surgeons to ensure that each day goes as planned
• Opening, sorting and categorizing all incoming information to the clinic and getting it to the appropriate people in a timely fashion
• Processing all outgoing communication in the form of emails, letters, voice messages or other forms of communication
• Using computer systems to schedule appointments, meetings and any other events for the Patient Coordinators and Surgeons. Liaising with Head Office when required
• Duplicating, filing, recording and logging of data shared between departments
• Answering phones, providing information and processing messages
• Supervising any support staff and ensuring all office policies and procedures and being implemented
• Maintaining the clinic environment, ensuring that the place is tidy and that all is in working order
