Main Purpose of Job:
- Provide a safe patient environment, meet and greet all guests to the clinic and ensure they are well looked after.
- Consult prospective patients; acting as a first point of contact and source of information about cosmetic procedures in order to allow prospective patients to make an informed decision about proceeding with the operation.
- Deliver the highest quality patient experience at all times.
- Drive regional brand awareness and local promotional activities.
- Efficient function of all patient files.
- Efficient function of all services.
- Maintenance of specific local policies and procedures.
- Personal continual education, training and development.
- Promote quality care and service through the use of best practice.
- Encourage development and growth of the clinic.
