A new product has been created by the people behind Botox that can assist the growth of eyelashes.
The product, known as Latisse, has been developed by Allergen and could be available to some by the end of the month on prescription in the US, reports suggest.
Such a development could leave mascara in the shade, with the ever-elusive longer lash available in a short amount of time.
Latisse encourages the growth of hair follicles, leading to a boost in length and thickness of lashes.
Allergen has predicted that the new cream could sell around £300 million a year, with women all over the world clambering for longer lashes.
However, there are side-effects to the cream which will need to be fully considered before use.
The cream has been developed to help treat a condition know as hypotrichosis of the eyelashes, meaning that a person does not have enough hair on the eyes.
