Dying woman to splash out on cosmetic surgery makeover

A terminally ill woman is set to splash out around £40,000 on cosmetic surgery so she can look like her favourite Hollywood icon.

Lisa Connell became determined to have the work done when she was diagnosed with an inoperable brain tumour over a year ago.

The 29-year-old now intend to go under the knife on several occasions over the coming weeks in an effort to look like the actress Demi Moore, with a boob job, some Botox and liposuction all to be paid for with the money her mother had put aside over the years in case she were to get married.

While Ms Connell acknowledges that plastic surgery is not the most obvious last wish for someone with her condition, she is determined to leave this world looking her best.

"I want surgery on my face to correct the drooping and make it less drastic when my condition deteriorates. But I won’t leave it at that – I want the full works, top to toe, including my boobs as they are heading south," she told the Daily Mirror.

Over the years, Demi Moore has been one of Hollywood’s biggest cosmetic surgery fans, having reportedly splashed out as much as £250,000 on breast augmentation procedures.
