Fergie ‘considering cosmetic surgery’

Despite recently criticising an American magazine for claiming she has had cosmetic surgery, Black Eyed Peas singer Fergie has announced she might consider it.

The 32-year-old star reportedly said: "I’ve not had surgery but I would consider a nip and a tuck. I would also be open to Botox too."

US Weekly magazine recently published a picture of Fergie in the 1980s next to one of her in 2007 and claimed that she may have had a nose job and cosmetic surgery on her eyebrows.

The singer publicly announced that the claims were untrue.

Oscar winning actress Helen Mirren recently told USA Weekly that she supports cosmetic surgery and has not ruled it out.

The 62-year old star said that in the media, cosmetic surgery is a must-have for some people.

In an interview with the New York Times she claimed appearance is the "number one tool of your trade" if you are an actress.
