Is Kim Kardashian planning more cosmetic surgery?

Speculation is rife reality TV star Kim Kardashian is going to go under the surgeon's knife in a bid to fight the signs of ageing.

In an interview with Heat magazine, a close friend of the reality star said Kardashian has had Botox in the past but is now considering "more" cosmetic surgery.

The insider also claimed Kardashian has not had a nose job and it looks different because she has had fillers injected into her face.

"They are swelling up her face and making her nose look smaller as a result. The fillers have even changed the shape of her eyes," the source told the publication.

According to the unnamed pal, Kardashian - who celebrates her 30th birthday in October – is worried about looking old.

The star of Keeping Up with the Kardashians recently told Female First she may have a boob job after she has children.

She explained she will get the procedure if she feels as though her breasts need it.
