Kerry shows off new slim body

Cosmetic surgery success story Kerry Katona has unveiled her new and improved look in preparation for her new show, scheduled for release next month.

The 28-year-old singer turned reality TV star has reportedly dropped over four dress sizes since undergoing liposuction and adopting a healthier diet last year.

Now a proportioned size eight, Kerry is rebuilding her career with a new series, Iceland deal and prospective appearance at the Oxford Union, reports suggest.

The outspoken mum-of-four has reportedly signed a £200,000 contract with Iceland to be the celebrity face of the retailer for another year.

"She is going in this week to do some voiceovers. Everyone thought she was dead and buried after her This Morning appearance but she keeps on fighting back," an inside source told the Mirror.

Kerry opted for a full mummy makeover after giving birth to her fourth child, son Max, in April 2008. The surgery included liposuction and a breast reduction.
