The Procedure
Arm lifts and reductions are simple procedures carried out under general anaesthetic. Incisions are made under the arm from the armpit to sometimes as far as the elbow, depending on the severity of the problem. Then excess fat and skin is trimmed leaving arms looking firm and fabulous.
How long does it take?
Surgery usually takes between 1 and 2 hours.
Is it right for me?
Time is usually the culprit as the skin’s elasticity weakens over the years. Arm Lifts can be a great solution when hours in the gym and various diets have let you down. However, any surgery is a big decision and we’ll provide all the details you need to make an informed choice.
What happens after surgery?
You’ll need one or two days in hospital and a few weeks off work with no strenuous exercise for a month.
