Detailed Information

The Procedure

Is usually performed under general anesthetic. There are various procedures depending on the extent of the surgery. But the most common is the crescent shape. An incision is made in a moon shape above the areola and excess tissue is removed. The nipple is then relocated to a higher position, giving a pert, youthful shape.

How long does it take?

A breast uplift takes around 1 to 3 hours.

Is it right for me?

Any surgery is a big decision and we’ll provide all the details you need to make an informed choice. However, women the world over choose a breast uplift because exercise hasn’t helped and this offers a fantastic confidence boost. Though, you should remember that sometimes scarring can be quite prominent.

What happens after surgery?

After an overnight hospital stay, you’ll need a couple of weeks off work to recuperate and gently reintroduce yourself to exercise over 4 to 6 weeks.
