Thank you for your interest in our "Face of MYA" Newcastle competition.
Please see the Terms and Conditions below:
- The closing date for entries is 12pm on the 30th June 2008. Entrants must be 18 or over.
- The winner must be interested in having a cosmetic surgery proceedure with MYA and must be prepared to take part in post promotion publicity.
- MYA retain the right to not award prizes to people who in the opinion of MYA have not entered into the spirit of the campaign.
- The £1000 and £250 prizes will be given as money towards the cost of the winners surgical cosmetic proceedure of choice. It cannot be used for non-surgical treatments and the prize cannot be exchanged for any cash refund.
