• Why did you want the procedure?

  I’ve always felt uncomfortable with my boobs from a very early age ang felt they were to small for a frame and I’ve always been bottom heavy,

• Why did you choose MYA?

  I choose Mya as I knew someone who had them done with MYA before and we’re happy with the results

• How was your consultation?

  First consultation was ok, although as time went on and I went back for further consultations and to see the nurse I felt everything was very rushed and no one was taking me seriously I feel this is partly my PCs fault as I got the feeling she was new and didn’t really know what she was doing everytime I asked a question I got a answer, all in all I can’t fault Mya because my care overall at the Hospital was good

• How was the day of your procedure?

  The day of procedure I was so excited getting ready in the morning to be picked up my surgery was in Preston so about an hour and half away from where I live, th drive was ok and I was still excited. Although when I arrived outside the hospital that’s when the nerves set in (completely normal by the way ladies) I went into the hospital my admission time was 10 and was shown to my room with my friend. The nurse told me to put on my lovely gown and paper pants (sexy) and make myself feel comfortable at this point all my nerves had gone again and the excitement was back, I watched TV for a little bit then the nurse was back to check blood pressure etc and told me it would be a few hours till I went to theatre. The nurse then came back about an hour later to say the surgeon had changed the list and it would be a longer wait so I could have some water, at this point I was quite annoyed as I was all can and felt ready for my opp although I do understand everything can’t run smoothly and for the whatever reason these things to happen. At about half 2 my surgeon Mr mounir came to see me to mark me up and go through paperwork (they had my address wrong twice) i then told him I wanted the smaller implants 335 instead of 35o he then advised I had overs instead of unders which was fine by me as he said I would still achieve a natural D cup. Shortly after the antheist came and took me down and explained about the canulur and been put to sleep etc. I got a bit emotional before getting out to sleep as I was petrified of the canulur honestly girls there is nothing to worry about and I am the biggest woss ever! Before you know it your getting woke up and taken back to your room! I can’t remember a thing!!

• How was your recovery?

  Currently only night one but so far so good no extreme time just tightness and not needed to take any pain meds yet although I will keep this section updated!

• Are you happy with your results?

  So far so good day 1
