From what i've heard it does work, some girls make the money faster than others but it's not a con or anything like that. Some guys will donate money to help you reach your goal if you chat and get to know eachother like friends, others donate for pics/seeing you on cam etc. I suppose for some girls it's like selling your body to make money for new boobs, other girls make the money without doing anything like that. I say good on them for getting a free boob job lol! x

I've got my op on 22nd Feb, and through reading on here it appears it's definitely a painful procedure to say the least! My work aren't being very accommodating .... I work in logistics for a well known fuel provider and we're in the middle of big changes. They only want me too have two days off of work and then go back in?

Do you reckon this is possible or do you think they are being a bit cruel expecting me back so soon?? All I really do is sit and my desk!! But still I can imagine i'd be in a lot of pain!!! I guess I can but try and if it's unbearable then at least I can say I made the effort right!?

What are some of your experience with the healing process and pain scales? As everyone is obviously different xxx

So, I am day 1, (Yesterday being the day of the op) of recovery after having Laser Lipo on my chest and Flank (aka hips/ muffin tops).

I just wanted to post my experience so far, get some pictures up eventually and although its a first experience with cosmetic surgery, hopefully help with anyone else thinking of having similar surgery or have started the process and want more info...

First of all, all the guys (or rather girls) at MYA Wimpole Clinic have been brilliant so far with everything! I visited the clinic late last year and was greeted with a very friendly receptionist Sarah who, because I didn't have an appointment/ consultation, asked the Clinic Manager if they were free to take a "walk-in". (probably not recommended to arrive with no booking but very nice that they were able to accommodate).

Anyway. I had been unhappy with my chest for years, pretty much since I was around 12-13 i can remember having quite a pointy chest/ nipples. Nothing too major, but noticeable through light clothing and of course I was quite conscious when taking shirt off in public.

I'm healthy and had been working out quite a lot in the last 4-5 years and the areas never seemed to shift. I'm sure if you have gotten to this point and are reading this you know that gynecomastia, mild or severe, is there for good after puberty has finished. I also always had bigger hips than i'd liked and like most guys, the "spare tyre" area is always hard to shift.

I am 6ft 1", 24 and weigh my target weight, but the areas were never going to budge with diet and exercise hence the consideration of surgery.

So, in the first consultation they tell you the price of 1 target area, (chest being the main thing for me) but out of intrigue I asked about a second target area (flank) which was reasonable so signed up for both.

Flexibility with the nurse for pre-op was great, as was op dates. I had my op yesterday (2nd Feb) and I am happy to talk about the experience if this post gains any interest.

I will get some pictures up too, (I have only taken 1 day post op pictures so far) The clinic has the pre-op ones and I will get these in the next week or so.

I just wanted to say a thank you so far to Dr Alan Kingdon and the nurses yesterday Soraia and Ann, Sarah on reception and a big thank you for my co-ordinator Nadja who has been exceptional. Cant wait to go back for first Post-Op meeting

Hi Huni, I was offered 240cc initially, but then went back for the second consultation 'cos I was worried they will be too small & decided on 270cc. And Im happy I did, & to be honest I think I should've gone for 300cc instead. Im exactly the same stats as you... I think you saw my pics?

I would say definitely go for 260cc! Im wishing I've gone just a little bit bigger ... xx

Thanks no0108, hope things go well with your mum when you do tell her. Iv done some reasearch this after and as it seams you can ask social services for the extra tuition and they will fund it, but to be honest i think that will stress him out he had 1-1 help at school, taken out his class for it and we do an hour at home most nights and he gets fed up he just wants to go out or play on x box or chill! a 7 hour day 5 days a week is a lot for kids. So either way me paying or asking for help wont make a happy boy! i want him happy and he's doing ok where he is ;)and like you say thats my satisfaction. Im same as you waited 18years for this, i was going to have it done 3 years ago but had the same convo with them and didnt. Im so glad for this forum i woould have probably talked myself out of it again! but its payed for and im doing it On a plus the kids r excited too, they said "you will be like a real ladie mum" lol YES I WILL xx
