1st day after op.

Had breast enlargement yesterday 9th June at Preston,what a lovely hospital. I’m aching almost all over my chest area, it’s my muscles that seem to be making movement difficult. First night sleep was a nightmare… Got stuck lying in my back so had to shout my partner to get me up as the pain killers had well worn off… Now I feel very heavy & feel as though they have swollen a little more. Movement is very limited and hurts when I breath deeply & boy I try not to cough…. Can’t wait till the pain eases. He bandages hurt a little to,but no pain no gain!!!!! Has anyone else experienced pain a lot as I no everyone’s different,but I didn’t realise that I’d be getting stuck teyjng to get out of bed lol 😃

Hi I had op today, and boy am I in pain took me ages to feel half normal kept feeling dizzy and kept throwing up and like u any small movement is just unbearable!! Been told it gets easier after few days so fingers crossed not to many days like this one x hope ur feel better soon

I’m on day 3 post op now and the pain has eased off a lot! Day one I couldn’t move and was sick 6 times! Hopefully you’re a lot better now 🙂 happy healing xx

Hi yea I’m a lot better now,never thought I’d say that!! I’m still swollen but have dropped a little and the weight is unreal. I’ve started sleeping on a Sun lounger as helps me to get up & gets me to lie down in stages as still can’t get up if I lie flat,plus I ache the next day. I dnt take pain killers now,well only 1 on a night to help me sleep. I think the weirdest part for me is feeling the flutters in my boobs,was told that’s the muscles & nerves coming back,I’m still a little numb,but am so happy I got boobs. Just can’t wait till there finished doing there thing as they still have the false look effect,but time is a great healer. Good luck girls.x😃
