Hello babes! Eeeek, you’re allowed to jump up and down now yeah?! 🙂 Did you tire easily?
Awww thankyou hun! You are too sweet! I look like a chunky monkey at the mo, bloated from xmas food!
I was going to send you a message the other day because I know you want to show your boobies off in a dress, there is a shop called Mamas Boutique on Twitter and they are goooorgeous for showing off fake boobies! xxx

I’m over 6 weeks post op now so thought id try 30mins of my work out DVD but didnt put 100% effort in as was a bit cautious with lifting my arms and sprinting on the spot ,wore a tight sports bra and still jiggled a Littke .do u think I’m ok doing aerobics or should wait a while longer ? Might just stick to walking with my little boy and pram .i haven’t got my post op appointment till 10th jan so ill be 8 weeks then .cant wait to get measured and buy a nice bra .aww I’m not on twitter do they have a website ? Thanxs Hun xxx

The standard recommend seems to be 6 weeks, though my surgeon said I could do lower body stuff at 3 weeks and start running again at 4. The nurse didn’t look impressed at this and stressed 6 weeks at my pre-op check. Suspect it depends on a lot of things, like position of implants and how well they’ve settled, and how supported new babes are and what you’re actually doing.

I think I’m going to wait and see how I feel, though I’m desperate to get back to my running, I don’t want to risk feeling sore or doing any damage. The plan currently is to start x-trainer minus arms, and do squats, lunges and cycle at 3-4 weeks, taking it really easy. Next stage jog on treadmill and if that feels ok, head outside to run, but starting like a beginner again 🙁 I’ll really hate that. Took me so long and I worked so hard to build my running distance and speed up. But it’ll come back and so it’s a small downside really
