    I was meant to have my 6 week appointment on Thursday but beonce was playing in Cardiff and there was no way I would of got there in time 🙁 so now my 6 week appointment is not until august!
    Any body who’s been to their appointment did the nurse say you can start using bio oil on the inscions ? And am I allowed to go bra less? And should I still be wearing a sports bra?

    I’m 4 months PO , your 6 weeks appointment will only lasted 5/10 mins . If the nurse is happy with your results then you can pretty well resume your normal routine … After my appointment I went to Marks & Spencers and got measured for some new bras …. The answer to your question , yes you can use bio oil on your incision , and go brales
