Achey boobs ????

7dpo today and my boobs from under arm down the sides are so achey. I’m worried I’ve done too much… but I really haven’t done a lot.. I did accidentally stretch when I woke one morning ???????? but aside from that I haven’t done anything.. I haven’t picked my babies up for a week now! Xx

Yes you’ve overstretched just rest up as much as you can it’ll ease off x it’s hard if your used to having a lovely stretch first thing x
