I’m all done and dusted now, The staff at The Natural Look Clinic in Doncaster are amazing!!
Any girls having surgery there – don’t panic when you see the building, your room feels just like hospital and ‘theatre’ is amazing. You’re in very safe hands.

I was in at 7:45am and down to theatre an hour later, and was back home in Wakefield just before 3pm – there is no unnecessary messing around, as soon as you feel well enough you can go once checks are done.

This info isn’t to scare newbies., I mean I’m not crying in pain or anything but be prepared. My boobs are very sore and tight, Expectedly. I certainly didn’t expect as much pain as I am feeling actually, and I nailed childbirth naturally (no drugs) , this hurts ladies!!! You certainly take for granted what you do day to day preop, I’m shocked that I couldn’t even flush the toilet after surgery. My husband even had to pop my seatbelt on haha! Using your arms hurts your chest. You will def need someone on hand for the first few days.

I had 300cc under muscle, and they look huge! I know a few months have to go by yet but so far so good!!
I got given ibuprofen and paracetamol to take home, I had to ask for codeine whilst I was still there as it really hurt. I seem ok now, just set your alarm for every 4 hours and take meds even if you don’t feel you need to, it will suddenly hit you like a brick wall otherwise.

The process is so straight forward and I’m so glad I’ve done it!! Here’s to rapid and easy healing everyone!! Xxx

Thanks everyone, I have posted a couple of pics, although they don’t give much away.
It’s the strangest feeling, but I’m managing ok now actually, just dreading the night in bed!
You really have nothing to worry about at the Doncaster clinic, it’s brill, no frills, but you don’t need them.

Hi Amy, I had the twighlight anaesthesia (sedation) and after about 30 seconds of the sedative going in I was out for the count until I came around, you are not aware of anything. Felt a bit sick after but only when trying to stand, so I had another hour laid in bed eating toast and drinking tea and I was fine!
I’m jealous Cate!! It’s def more painful than I imagined.
Natalie, I was only a 32a with a small ribcsge, 300cc will look in proportion on me, but I have a 34D sports bra on and it’s pretty snug xx

I think everyone must be different as I had overs and I have been in horrendous pain. The first 4 days were AWFUL I couldn’t do a thing. Sitting up from a laid down position was horrendous and I cried so many times in pain and frustration where I just couldn’t do anything for myself! I’m now 9 days post op and it’s hard to remember how bad the pain was but I was definitely not prepared for how bad it may be! This is a great post x

    Thank you all!
For all you ladies waiting, I didn’t mention the pain to sound like a drama queen 🙂 it’s not really horrific but do be prepared for pain if having unders, although Leona you proved we are all different, it does help if your surgeon is gentle I’ve heard!
The time will fly before you have you’re new boobies! I know it did for me! Now here’s to another longish road to the boobs we’ve all prayed for! I can’t wait for the proper results! Xx

I’m going to try and go to bed for the night now….. Wish me luck!!
