Any recs for nice 'going out' clothes that work under a sports bra?!

Post-op ladies, have you come across / bought any going out outfits that still look good over a sports bra?

It’s my birthday during the 6 week post-op-sports-bra stage, and I’ll be going out – but cant imagine anything working with a sports bra underneath!

I went out one week post op , I didn’t feel too good and my dressier clothes wouldn’t cover the sports bra situation !
Luckily I had a plain dress from boohoo that did I just stuck some nice heels on with it
Think there’s a sale online at the mo worth a look xx

I have a wedding a week and a half later and can’t seem to find anything on the websites I would usually shop on! It seems all websites are having a ‘ show off all your boob area’ phase in like almost all clothes hahaha!! A few websites I like to shop on are:
Missy empire
Miss pap
Missguided
Boo boo
Asos
Pretty little thing
Hopefully some of these give you some inspiration! There are some really nice jumpsuits out at the moment that look as if they would cover a sports bra, cara from love island wore a really nice dusty pink one from missy empire! Have a fab birthday doll xxxx

You could try them multiway dresses/jumpsuits/body in a way that would cover your sports bra?? Have a lovely birthday xx

Or if you have one of them zip up sports bras, you could undo the zip a little bit and pin back the two corners (don’t know I’m explaining that properly?) at least them you can still wear something with a bit of a ‘V’ and show off your new boobies too!

Really bad advice I’m giving but I had a wedding and just went without for a few hours. X

Why don’t you just buy a post op bra because they are just like normal bras but obvs not very pretty but the straps are thin and you could still wear a low cut top. I’ve got a nice matalan lacy post op bra, will try get a link x

I’ve got a post surgery bra from marks and Spencer’s £20 just looks like a normal bra hope this helps xx

I’m the same as Aimee. I just went without a bra for a few hours, oops! It was like heaven anyway, that Macom was so uncomfortable lol.

I’m 2 weeks post op and I went out on Saturday. Couldn’t find anything to wear so I went bra less. Risky but I was fine! Just make sure no one knocks you xxx
