Hi ladies just wondering if anybody has any tips on sleeping I am currently day 4 post op and really struggling to get comfy and get some sleep which is making me so groggy and tired. I have got a V pillow and neck pillow tried lots of different positions sat up I am uncomfortable as I always slip down and get a numb bum and back ache. I’ve tried lying flatish with my head propped up I know your not supposed to but that gives me boob ache. Just want a good night sleep can’t wait to lye on my stomach again haha missing my sleep so much! Any tips would be greatly appreciated 🙂

Hi, I’ve been having the exact problem. I’m 9 days op and have no pain with my boobs, but my back and bum is in agony. Last night I tried sleeping on my back with a pillow slightly tucked under one side of my bum just to take the pressure off and 1 pillow under my lower back and it’s worked a treat. Hopefully that works for you x
