I’ve been doing Celebrity Slim which you can buy from Boots. It took me 2.5 weeks to lose my first stone so would recommend x

Ladies I have no idea how can you do all these horrible diets…….nothing works better than gym, weights and right food plan…….don’t destroy your bodies with this artificial substances. You will end up putting it all back and twice as much weight after you stop it. I work in the fitness industry for nearly 10 years and I never have done any diet…..u can c in my gallery that no diet is needed 😉 feel free to ask any questions xxx

Karolina you are very lucky have never had to diet. After gaining 8 stone when pregnant and eating healthy and doing tons of exercise I realised it was going to take me 10 years to lose it all, so yes I have resorted to a meal replacement diet. I has worked really well and no I won’t gain it back unless I have another child, which I don’t intend to do. I have reduced my BMI from bordering on morbidly obese to in the healthy category which can only be a good thing! I think unless you have been there it’s impossible to judge people’s motivation, and sometimes desperation, to lose weight. X

@ncl36 all I’m trying to say in here Nina is that a lot of these products out there r just to make money and at the end it’s all about your mind set, determination and hard work (and I’m not talking about jog on the treadmill twice or 3 times a week but 5 or 6 times weight sessions and spin in between)……drinking some slim shakes won’t make you loose weight if u r not eating right and not exercising. I haven’t always been slim ……so I wouldn’t call it lucky…..its a lifestyle you choose and not only for few months but for entire life. I have many clients as a proof who didn’t agree with me to start with. Anyway be strong ladies and know that it doesn’t happen in a week or even in a month xxx

Agreed! I’m weight lifting too! I have 7 meals a day I wouldn’t do any of these dodgy diets.

In fact the opposite atm I purposely increased my body fat slightly before my operation to gain some slight breast tissue.

Slimfast, herbalifr etc are all fake “diets” x
