do u no wat im soooo glad some1 didnt cos there no way i can just give up like that in 4 weeks lol i bin smokin for nearly 10 years i just wont have 1 day of op and just cut right down, did it affect ur healing or anything i no they feel quite strong that u should stop xxxPosted 1 year ago #

i think its mainly cause it clogs your blood up that theyre botrherd about it? im not sure though. it is best to cut down as much as poss. no idea if it hindered my healing or not to be honest. just try your best, thats all you can do. xxPosted 1 year ago #

Yeh the toxins in cigs can effect healing bt I smoked as normal through mine!!just told them I'd given up!!as some surgeons are funny about it!!just try cut dwn I guess xxxPosted 1 year ago #
