Just rang mya about whens best to take them etc..
The nurse has just said DO NOT take them till after your op & after strappinf off, incase of reaction.

I took it a week before and a week after ! How can you have a reaction to a plant based tablet?

I’m taking arnica. Always have for trauma of body. 🙂

Hiya ladies I’ve just seen this post my op is next week and I have no idea what arnica is xx

I took before and after arnica and honestly don’t think it helped at all. I sill have bruising and swelling. It seemed to take just as long to go away as girls who didn’t take arnica.

I took it about 3 days before & still taking it 2 days post op & will do for another week! Worked for me ive got no bruising at all, some swelling but that’s expected! You can get it from boots hun it’s only a few quid, you just let them dissolve or chew the tablets, first doseage is 2 every 2 hours for 6 doses (first day) then two 4x a day from then on until it’s got better! Xx
