Hiya I bought mine from Boots too... i took them for two weeks before and i just stopped taking them. I dont rate them to be honest i had/still have a nasty bruise on my left boob..Maybe the surgeon just hit something on that breast or something. But the arnica certainly didnt stop it brusing. xxPosted 2 years ago #

Hi I didnt take any and i have no bruising what so ever. I think its the luck of the draw as they say. My gp sais u either bruise easily or u dont and im lucky i dont. Good luck to every1 for their ba and their healing xxPosted 2 years ago #
