Bio Oil

When do i start using bio oil before my op and do i just put it on and around my breasts?? Sorry if im being thick 🙂 xx

I would use it before and after put it all over your boobs but when you’ve first had the op you can’t put it on scars for 6 weeks x

So how long before my op should i start putting it on? xx

I would start using straight away the longer you use the better xx

Ooo gonna start using mine soon then, I still have just over 4 weeks till my op tho so will probably start the end of next week xx

Hey girls – I started just putting bio oil on my boobs after a shower about 3 weeks before my op. I had strapping on for a week after and I left it a few days after I had it taken off to start putting bio oil back on them again, just not near the scars. X
