BOOBS SAGGY AFTER 2Years Post Op WHAT TO DO?

Hi Guys,
So I had my Op in 2013 Anchor Uplift with 385Cc paid £ Recently I’ve noticed my boobs have gone saggy again. They look so Droopy I put a pencil under my Boobs and it didn’t fall off. Now I’m planning to start saving up to get them done again. What do you think Guys. Thanks for your thoughts.
