breast band and back ache

Hi girls, im po day 2 today and the back ache is pretty unbearable!! i suspect it is the breast band being very tight that is causing this.. do i have to wear the band 24/7 or can i give my back a little break?

Hi , I’m just over weeks PO and I stopped wearing the breast band on Tuesday . I know it’s a pain wearing the breast band , I found it itchy and uncomfortable , I took my band off for a hour each day , I ‘m sure it was ok , because my boobs have started to drop ..,

My band was making my back sore too, I took it off for a little break through the day. I asked the nurse today how tight it should be and got her to put mine back on for me turns out I’ve basically been suffocating myself this whole 9 days coz she’s barely tightened it at all haha! Hope you’re back eases soon xxx

My breast band was so tight it was cutting into my skin and caused a scar on my right breast . I’m using bio oil in the hope it will get rid of it ….
