BREAST IMPLANT REMOVAL

hi all, i had implants 4 years ago – was 32a and had 380g implants in making me 32e so they are considerably larger than before and obviously over the last 4 years the skin and muscles would have adapted and grown to accomodate the implants

i want to get them removed as i completely dislike them, they feel so fake and firm and i just want my old body back. I think about it every day and regret ever getting them in but i was realy depressed at the time and not thinking straight at al.

I am really worried though what i will look like after theyve been removed, will my boobs be all saggy and out of shape? and if so will they stay like that for good or after a few months start to look more normal?

i dont see many pictures on internet of ‘after’ photos of people who have had them out and the pics i have seen have been exactly after surgery – i would love to see the same people after a year or somthing to see how much they change.

if anyone can talk to me about this whole thing, if you feel like i do or if youve gone thru it already and have some advice i would be really grateful

Hi I’ve heard if you have an implant over 280cc your skin is too stretched to just take the implant out and you have to imagine how much size difference there is between a A-E cup.

Don’t get into the habit of drastically changing your image when you’re feeling depressed, what if you have them removed and feel even worse? what if you need an uplift after and have loads of scarring, would you rather have that than firm boobs?

I know I’d choose firm boobs over my nipple scarring!

Try to see the whole picture and unfortunately you will never have your boobs exactly the way they were.

Maybe you could see a surgeon about having a smaller implant put in?

Hi Susie! i had mine removed after 3 and half years of having them. i had 365cc so very similar to you. i was a 32a and went up to a 32dd. i had high profile round ones. mine have gone back to basically how they were before. my skin has retracted very well. my surgeon said as i was young etc my skin elasticty was good. They tissue does take time to settle back tho. and i do have a slight dip in upper pole but its only when leaning forward. i defo prefer having smaller boobs cos im so petite. but i am considering a very small implant now just to fill my tissue out to a B cup, but its more for shape than size. unfortunately until u remove them u just wont know how they will look, as everybodys different, when deciding to remove or replace i was so emotional but i went with my gut instict and i thought if they look bad i can put new ones in, and if they look ok then good. I took the risk and it paid off. Like i said i could live with how mine are now but i may have the small implants just to plump out and give lil shape but defo prefer the small boobies, on myself. i look at other women and big boobs look so nice on them but for me i soon learnt id gone too big. u can ask me anything u like and ill try help xxx

Hello.. I’m im in a similar position to you.. I had implants done 5 years ago. I was a 34 a and now I’m a 36 d .. I had 380g put in. But I really want them taken out now.. I want to be back to my old self.. I have had health problems over the past couple of years. I don’t no if there related but I am going to the doctors to see. Have you had any consultations regarding taking yours out susie? And kiss rose who was your surgeon? Was it done at mya both of your operations ? Implant and explant? XXXX

Hi, I really hate my breasts I had 420cc in 2013 and they are so painful & 1 of them is bigger and I always knock it with my arm which causes it to be sore constantly. I don’t know how or where I can go about having them removed & how much it would cost. I just want them out. What was your reasoning for yours removed & where did you have the procedure done?
