Clothing after BA

Hello, so this could be a really dumb question but do clothes fit the same after you’ve had a breast augmentation? Like do tops still fit the same or do they rise up at the waist a bit and can you still squeeze into tight tops afterwards or do you need to get a bigger wardrobe?

i think alot of girl who have bigger implants struggle with dresses more than anything, like cant get there boobs in the top half but perfect around the bottom half or the otherway around. xx
