Compression socks…how long do you have to wear them??

Hi,

Just wondering how long you have to wear the compression
Socks they put on you for surgery for??
Doing my head in already… ? Xx

Ive seen some who have been told 24 hours and others a week, id give a nurse a call and see what they say, hopefully it shouldnt be too long! xx

I was told wear them the day after my surgery then I’m okay to take them off X

Really kristiee,hope I can take them off soon. So uncomfortable
at night and so warm too with them on, can’t wait to get them off ? Xx

Took mine off last night they were cutting off blood supply damn things. Was told to wear last night and tonight but take off during day x

Thanks girls. Just spoke to my nurse and she said as long as
I was mobile I could take them off. Glad there off was so uncomfortable at night with it being warm too. Xx

Couldn’t get on with mine took em off ASAP.
