Confused about Macom sizes!

I wear a 34 back bra so do I need to buy a 36 for the first week or so whilst they are a the largest point from swelling and get a 34 for then after, or just get 2 of the one size?
I’m so confused after my preop because I asked about M&S bras and then the nurse was just saying about going up a size and getting my own size?

I’m normally a 34 and got 2 macoms that are a 34 aswell. They are quite tight at first because of the swelling but they do start to get better. Its your choice really 🙂 xxx
