Consultation left me disheartened

Hi ladies went to attend my consultation today in Leeds lovely staff and was only too helpful , upon discussing what I wanted i currently wear a 34d but obviously having two children they are not what they used to be. I didn’t think my boobs was that bad need perking up but wanted a boob job to do that with increasing size , my question is will I really need a Brest uplift have a meeting in two weeks to meet surgeon Andrea giannitrapani had anyone has surgery done by him??
