I’m day 3 po and in serious pain still, it hurts to breath and I have a seriously strong stabbing pain in my right breast.. I cannot stand from a chair alone or take down my own trousers to use the toilet, I know everyone heals differently but I’m just a little worried if this pain is normal? Praying it will get better because even with the painkillers it’s pretty unbearable at the moment xxx

Hiya I’m day 5 and feeling loads better haven’t even had any painkillers today, they just feel heavy and tight. Day 3 was def the worst day for me I had the same stabbing pains. Just try to stay as still as you can I found once I was comfy the pain was less xx

You’re not alone, I’m 8PO and I still have pain. I’m still struggling to sit and to stand alone but it has eased with every day that passes. I’ve not taken any pain relief today, this is my first day without needing it, it’s still really uncomfortable but I don’t need pain killers. I’m also a little more bruised, under the breast and along the side near bra straps. So don’t worry, it’s normal xx
