Hiya, i have bought Tesco's impact sports bras, only had mine done today but so far it seems really comfortable. The nurse also commented that it will give me good support when she put it on for me. They have just been reduced in my local Tesco to £4 each so a bargain. Also, the nurse that did my pre op said she wouldn't bother with macom and to just buy a few sports bras, she said Primark do some decent ones xx

Hey I'm 8 days post op and have 1 Macom, just been alternating between that, my asda sports bras and my Tesco sports bras and to be honest they all seem to off similar support. My Macom was helpful on day 1 just because it is front fastening Xx
