Generally speaking, yes. Overs usually give the ‘faker’ look because there is no muscle covering/compressing the implant so it’s more visible under the skin xx

It depends on the tissue, if you have enough breast tissue, overs will be more natural than unders…if you have good muscle tone, when you flex the muscle you will see the implant under the muscle…and also muscle is harder, so will feel harder then overs where you feel breast tissue which is softer….so either can look natural! They both have plus and minus points and your surgeon will give you what look you want with the implant….but not everyone can have overs xx

I had overs on Tuesday,I asked for a natural look, Both overs and unders can give a fake/natural look, depending on your natural breast, profile, implant size etc.

Hi dolly I cant decide between 325 or 350 don’t want to look too big but then don’t want to wish gone bigger, had some negative remarks about having it done so putting me off looking too big, know I shouldn’t care. I am currently a small b with the slightest sag from having my little boy, thing is think I want another baby in about. 3 years but didn’t want to wait till after to have them done cause I hate them how they are x x x

i had 320 unders 7 years ago which took me to a 34dd from an a i have just had a reop after kids and had 525 overs as there is more tissue now. you might find if you have them done now and then have another child that the extra tissue you get due to pregnancy effects the appearance,i had 2 children and needed mine redoing x x
