Hi! As you can see my boobs are different sizes, left is 22cm from my collor bone and the right breast is 20cm. Around 2 years ago i had one consultation and was told by one surgeon i needed an uplift- it compltetly devastated me so i gave up on the idea. Recently i have read on a lot of forums girls who were advised an uplit by one surgeon and told no by another or girls who just refused an uplift and went with bigger implants and a lift later on in life. Now im regretting not researching more previously or going to more consultations. I have some booked in but being very impatient i would love other opinions snd advice and also to help prepare me because if i cant have a simple breast aug then i wont have it done the scarring from an uplift isnt wort it for me ?
Im 5ft7, 9.5 stone, wearing a 34B bra. Thanks for you help ?

Your bigger breast is the same shape mine used to be! I was a 34DD very empty and borderline uplift. I was told I could get away with 590cc UHP for now and could have a lift once I’ve had kids and what not! A lot of girls are asymmetrical and have different sized implants! One of my breasts was slightly bigger than the other ( no difference in cup size though) because my chest wall is bigger on my left side. I was told to expect one bigger than the other but I didn’t want different sized implants! I think you’d get away with just implants but I’m not a surgeon ? Who are you booked in with xx

Thank you! Iv been reading all your posts and I thought you seemed very similar to my stats too… Well so far I have my first consultation on Tuesday but hoping to book it quickly as iv been researching for 3 years now so I’m as clued up as I ever could be but iv always dreaded going back because it was so upsetting last time to have your heart set on lovely new boobies to be told you’ll have lollipop scars I was only 19 then i was gutted!! I’m going to go and see Dr Munir and Traynor I think, last time I should have looked around more rather then getting one opinion. At transform he just told me I had too much breast tissue so I would end up with a double bubble effect but he never really gave me any other options or even told me why I had no other options I was just brushed off!

I have read a few stories like yours when declining an uplift and nipples are left a bit lower, which some girls are happy with but for me I don’t want to risk that, I just want them perfect ??? did you find that with yours? And can you tell one is bigger than the other now? I’m so excited for Tuesday but so scared!!!! Praying to God the surgeon just says no uplift! How did you decide on your surgeon? Sorry for so many questions ? Thanks for your help ? Xx

No worries Hun, it was difficult to find borderline women when I was researching so it’s nice to be of help lol!

Its a shame that you have had to wait so long, but atleast you’ve had time to weigh up all the options and make an informed decision instead of rushing in! Mr Mounir is amazing, he was my surgeon and he was lovely and does tiny incisions!!

I was told because I had a good amount of breast tissues, if I had unders I could end up with double bubble, as my natural breast would sit lower than the implant, but that isn’t the case with overs!! I like the faker look anyway which is what overs give!

My nipples are definately higher than they were before, and I was worried about the direction they would point.. I didn’t want them ^ > but I was told your nipples would point whichever way there were naturally pointing before.

I can tell sometimes that one is bigger than the other, only usually when I am bra shopping though, certain bra styles don’t fit right! But if you are to have different sized implants, that shouldn’t be a problem for you!! It’s purely because of my chest wall!!

Have you had children yet?! I declined the uplift because I didn’t want to go through an uplift twice! Many women need an uplift after children, and I haven’t had any yet so wanted to hold off until after! Hope that helps xx

Ahhh I see that’s good to hear because I’m happy with my nipples – only thing I actually like!!! I feel like I have one good boob my left which I like (wish it was bigger but it’s OK) and then my weird boob which is like nemos fin as my mum says!! my boyfriend has innocently asked a few times ‘whys one bigger’ not to be nasty to me but I think he genuinely has never seen someone with odd sized boobs as mine, iv explained that most girls have one bigger but in person it’s so obvious and something you do wanna kind of stare at ?

As dramatic as it sounds I feel like a freak, in my holiday photos I look so lopsided and strange, my body looks so out of proportion and I know the lollipop scars will do nothing to help my confidence no matter how good the implants look. But my boobs aren’t saggy, my nipples don’t point down or come over the crease and my right one is only minor tuberous but im lacking upper volume, so I’m just hoping and praying it’s a simple ba!

At my first consultation I did go in say I want them natural, teardrop shaped and under muscle because I was told that’s the most natural effect so maybe for what I was asking for his advice was right. Yours don’t look too fake to me though they just look like perfect perky boobs and your probably what changed my mind on high profile implants as I always had the idea HP were solid circles stuck on your chest.

Can I ask are yours soft? One thing that I do really want is to have them squishy and bouncy eventually, is that less likely with HP because there’s no muscle to soften them? Also, iv read a few girls saying don’t decline an uplift because problems start 6/12 months after which scares me a bit, were you told of any ways to prevent them sagging or how to stop any problems coming from declining your uplift?

And no kids! I don’t mind the uplift later in life but when your 22 and want to be flaunting them as much as possible, it’s not the scarring I want!! I’m only just in the position financially to do this and I plan to go travelling in a few years so I want them done and perfect for then as I couldn’t bear to see any more bikini photos as they are now, it’s in bras now that you can see how odd shaped they are.

Sorry I write essays, I know half my questions will be answered in just a few days but I’m sooooo impatient ??? I just need to know nowwwww!!!! Xx

Hello! I had my initial consultation and was told I may need an uplift, I’m 19 and a 36 C (used to be DD but because of weightloss they’ve became empty) I’m hoping to go up to a G or GG without an uplift. Did you have any problems when refusing the uplift or were they happy for you to get big implants and refuse an uplift? I don’t care about how natural they look 🙂

Hey victoria ? Which surgeons have you met with? Let me know how you get on if you refuse your uplift! I hope it isnt an akward conversation ? Xx

That doesn’t sound dramatic to me, it’s a big thing to be unhappy with yourself! nemo’s fin ? bless you lol!

Mine do feel a lot softer now, I was worried at about week 4 that they were still rock hard and not dropping but they are really soft and squidgy now and bounce around loads ?

I looked it up and if they are going to sag, they will sag! Some girls don’t! I just wear my sports bras as much as possible, I wear them to work and to bed still! I read one of the girls saying that it’s to do with the elasticity of your skin whether you are more likely to sag again! My surgeon did warn me that I will sag at somepoint in the future! I know some girls end up with bigger versions of what they had before but I’ll just wait and see!

    I don’t mind, ask away ? Xx

No chick he basically gave me the option! I told him I haven’t had children yet and he said that’s fine and then offered me my implant sizes! He just had to warn me that I’ll need one in the future and I told him I expected that and then that was that lol x

Firstly, your situation sounds very similar to what mine was! I had a consultation with Harley Medical back in 2012 and they told me I needed an uplift. I was a bit shocked so put the idea off for a while, I then went to MYA in June 2015 and saw Mr Kazzazi who was quite rude to me and said I would need a “huge implant” for what I wanted to achieve. He then said he refused to do my surgery because I need an uplift. So I saw the next surgeon, Mr Mounir and he laughed saying there is no way I need an uplift right now. We both agreed that I would have one later in life, maybe 3 or 4 years down the line. It’s always best to get several surgeons opinions as they differ so much! I went from a 34a/b to 34FF/G with 480cc uhp overs.

One suggestion though, if you want mega perky boobs that stay really high up and have the roundness at the top (the fake look) then have an uplift, because that won’t be achieved without one. I’ve spoken to girls that are upset because they don’t have the fake look and didn’t want an uplift.

I’ll add a few pics for you xxx

Iv posted some photos on real self too to get an surgeons opinion because im that inpatient, one answer so far said he thinks i could get away with just implants. Was there an option for you to go smaller than 590cc? I was hoping to be DDish! But not sure if you avoid to lift if you have to make up for it with much bigger implants? Xx

Hey chick I’ve had a uplift and the girls that have refused them would of been on borderline of uplift as may surgeons will refuse to use larger implants as you will be bk in 6-12 months for the uplift and if that’s the case and you need a re op your cover will be void looking at your pic it looks to me that you need one of them uplifting as no bigger implant size is going to even your breast out I have friend on Facebook group for girls with BAs and hers wear like yours so she’s just had the one breast uplift and implants to even them out and they look fab xx

I feel there is a big difference but iv not been properly measured in a long long time because i know it will make me upset!

    @hayley
thanks for your help! I dont really want a fake look just want them full, the kind of ‘has she hasnt she had them done’ look, more the thought of paying another £0000 in as few as 4 years is a bit scary!!!

    @courtney
thanks for you advice too, my only reason i dont want the scars is because now i cannot take my top off infront of my boyfriend especially in bed (sorry to be graphic!) but when its dark and he cant see anything il take it off but the moment he touches them i move away and although thats not my main reason is a very important one because i want to be close to him especially when im in my best years and really work hard to have a nice body. My boobs are literally like cows udders when i bend down, they hang like empty socks ? But i know having the lollipop scar will make me more self concious and il be stuck in the same situation not taking my top off ? Its kinda lose lose situation no matter what i do ? Xx

I am the same as A (I really need to learn your name chick haha). I had Mounir also. Went from a large c/small d and am 5 weeks post op so far (no idea on size yet). I had 450cc HP over muscle. My nipples definitely sit lower than most and I will definitely need an uplift (after kids) but I am so much happier now than before! I love mine, I really do, even though they’re not perfect and my nipples point low and I still have nipple asymmetry) Will try and add a couple of pics X

Hey Victoria from a C to a GG cup your talking 7 cup sizes more that is 1050cc but I hate to say it but i really don’t think you will able to have this size in your 1st op as 1050cc is the highest size they go up to mentor and I’ve known loads of girls over time have few ops to get to 900cc this size isn’t one to be taking lightly your surgeon will pick your size due to your body frame and your breast tissue on how many CCs your skin can home your implants without any risk I was 32G of own breast went empty af my 3rd and I wasn’t aloud to have the Xlarge implants was told uplift / 385/415 cc max. Then my 2nd op 450cc then my 3rd I was aloud 590cc

What were you advised re your nipples and also about declining the uplift?
I dont want to have to an uplift in like 2 years time, maybe 6/7 years time but not in 2! Wont have even paid off the boobs before i need to pay for the uplift! Xx

It was due to my nipples being low mainly and uneven chest wall means my left was bigger/droopier. The uplift I can have whenever I feel I need it – it could be in 6 months or 6 years. Every day my nipples get higher – this was last night xx

    Hey girls
I’m in the same boat I was advised to have an uplift, one surgeon refused to operate but Mr Marchellino said he will do me just implants!
I’m booked in for moderate plus 400cc implants on the 8th of feb.
    I’m so nervous!
I have added a pic.. Am I making the right decision not having the uplift? I want more children x

I wanted 450cc high profile but he said I need moderate plus for the width and his ordered 450cc but they might be too heavy and cause more sagging x

Hiya! I think you could get away with different sized implants and a modern uplift on your bigger boob? Something to talk to the surgeon about if they do say an uplift ask if you could have the modern one where they just cut around the nipple, scaring Probs wouldn’t be bag noticeable as would fade in with nipple line and using a smaller implant and a bigger implant on the smaller one might make them even:) that was my first thoughts when I saw your pic. I’m not a surgeon though haha. Let us know how you get on, my boobs were quite different in size to but I did really need an uplift so went with that xxx
